To understand which tasks are the most repetitive and time-consuming, I conducted a diary study by recruiting 8 teachers and asked them to document their daily tasks and time allocation on DingTalk Sheet in duration of 5 consecutive work days.
A day in teacher’s life is hectic and packed with trivial matters. In the Diary Study, teachers identify the most repetitive and time-consuming tasks per day as: Lesson Prep(2.2h), Writing Feedback(2h), Teaching(1.5h), Issuing homework/newsletters (1h), Parent Communication(0.5h)

Added a 'Swap' button to allow instant regeneration of results without re-entering prompts, streamlining iteration and saving extra steps.

Teachers can instantly return to the prompt selection screen (manual input or templates) to refine their prompts without restarting the workflow.

Because of technical constraint, the loading time on average is 30s. To help alleviating users’ impatience and retain them until result is delivered, I visualized the decision-making progress and implemented percentages cues as progress indicators.
After implementation, drop-out rate reduces to 18.2%.
